The Founder
After overcoming the challenges of a failed marriage and the exhaustion of balancing life as a single parent to four children, I realized the importance of prioritizing myself to heal and thrive. I developed a transformative 10-step process for emotional and mental healing that nurtured my inner self, broke toxic cycles, and allowed me to create a fulfilling life. As a certified life-coach, I guide women on their journeys to self-discovery; helping them evolve into the best versions of themselves. The footprints in the sand symbolize my journey, serving as a blueprint guiding other women along the way. I've stepped on enough landmines on my journey so my clients won't have to. By god's grace my trials are now my triumphs!
